PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by means of credit card or Paypal. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When placing an order for delivery outside of Australia, you are considered the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and/or collection fees are in addition to shipping charges paid to us and must be borne by you.

RAWR is not responsible for any customs charges and/or taxes for international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped worldwide within three business days of RAWR receiving confirmation of payment. We cannot confirm how long it will take for the postal services to deliver your items, but recommend that you contact us via herro@rawrgroup.com if it has taken more than 10 working days to arrive.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will accept returns on products purchased online within 48 hours from date of receipt if faulty or damaged. You can register your intention to return by contacting us via herro@rawrgroup.com. You will then be provided with details on how to return your purchases.

Once your returned goods have been received by RAWR, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account. All refunds are made via the same payment method and/or same card on which the original payment was made in all cases.

Items can only be returned to RAWR if purchased from www.therawrstore.com. RAWR items purchased from our retail partners need to be returned to the store from which those goods were purchased.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
