RAWR Balls

 

We absolutely LOVE using RAWR goodies in new and unique ways;

Here’s a GREAT way to make some healthy, turmeric RAWR balls!

 

You’re gonna need the following:

 

 

70g of desiccated coconut

40g of pitted dates (soaked in freshly boiled water for 10 mins)

30g of your favourite protein powder

30g of unsalted cashews

10g of RAWR Fusion turmeric

 

30ml of coconut milk

 

and here’s how you do:

 

 

Add the pitted, soaked dates and unsalted cashews into a blender and blitz into small chunks (around 30 seconds should do it)

 

Using a spatula, place the blitzed bits into a bowl and add in all the other ingredients

 

Fold and mix using the spatula, or your hands, and place in the fridge for thirty minutes – so it’s easier to roll into balls later

 

Once chilled, remove from the fridge and roll into ten balls

 

Individually roll each ball in the desiccated coconut, to lightly coat

 

Put your paws up & enjoy!
